Since you were kind enough to visit my little corner of the web, let me properly introduce myself. Hi, my name is Will McCain. The business card reads “Digital Strategist / Web Producer / Community Manager” but you should think of me as an idea guy and dot connector. You will find that the blog section can be organized into three groups: app/service reviews, tips & tricks and my opinions on digital happenings in hopes of kicking off a discussion.

My brain likes to flex its muscle by solving puzzles and fixing problems. As a gadget geek, I also like to help others understand constantly evolving technology. Will our electronic gizmos take over the world? Most likely, but in the meantime let’s use them to make our lives easier.

“So, you make websites?”
Technically I can, but I am not the code Jedi you are looking for. I prefer to guide a team of smart people who are masters of their respective crafts. Think of  me as a hybrid of a conductor and a translator.  I organize a creative team to best accomplish a project. Then I speak in the native languages of web dev, design, photography, word smith, app dev and a little Wookie so the team knows how to best complete a project. Do not worry. I can translate all of their ideas into ‘normal’ human speak as well.

Some not so digital hobbies include playing ice hockey (yes, even in the notoriously hot southern US), listening and collecting music, gorging on delicious food and being a want to be photographer.
